How eXpatscreen Works
1. You send us full details about the position you are hiring for.
2. You send us details of your candidates.
3. We invite your candidates to complete a number of online assessments. These may include personality questionnaires, aptitude tests, assessments of emotional intelligence and cross-cultural preparedness.
4. We then interview your candidates in line with the job requirements and based on their assessment results. We use scientific behavioral interviews. You may listen in on these interviews if you wish. Interviews are conducted either by telephone or using our online meeting software.
5. Finally, we contact you (the client) and provide both printed and verbal reports of the assessment sessions. We can arrange panle feedback sessions using our meeting software so we can feedback to decison-makers based in multiple locations at the same time. We can also rank your candidates based on the required competencies if you send us more than a single candidate for assessment.
