Research with personality assessments has shown that certain personality traits are able to add power to the prediction of expatriate success. As an example, we invite you to undertake the quick MPQ questionnaire free of charge. We utilise more sophisticated measures than the MPQ in our consultancy work and invite you to discuss this with us further.

We also use ability and aptitude tests as an additional aid to the prediction of workplace success.

Telephone and Internet-based Interviews

During the consultancy process, we conduct either telephone or internet-based interviews with potential incumbents. We will address issues raised by the administration of online or offline personality and ability tests and, in a standardised manner, ascertain their readiness to move to the desired location in Asia.

Family Interviews and Discussions

Research has also demonstrated the importance of spouse and family influence upon the success of an expatriate assignment. Many assignments fail due to the characteristics of the spouse and family rather than the due to a lack of competence on the part of the employee. Where commissioned by the employing organisation we will instigate family interviews, discussions and assessments.
