The Saville Consulting Wave
A revolution in 21st century personality assessment.  Does not only assess personality, also assesses motives and talents. Easy to understand reports and special feedback reports provided to candidates.

The Identity Questionnaire
The most comprehensive personality assessment available. Reports on work personality in addition to Leadership Styles, Team Roles, Emotional Intelligence and Jungian Types. Pre-interview report provides questions for the interviewer to ask based on the profile.  Candidate feedback report also provided.

The Apollo Profile
Compares your candidate’s profile to the profiles of successful performers in particular roles and provides pointers for development. A number of different types of report available including full narrative, candidate feedback and full development reports.

Saville Consulting Aptitude Tests
A range of aptitude tests that assess specific and general reasoning.  This includes numerical, verbal and spatial tests in addition to error checking and technical aptitudes.

Other Psychometric Tests

In addition to or instead of the above, we are able to source most tests on the market.  If you prefer to use other tests, for example, SHL’s OPQ32 or the Hogan Personality Inventory etc., we can assist you with these tests.

Purchase tests without our screening consultancy?

If you are already qualified in psychometric assessment, we may be able to sell the tests above to you independently of our consulting package. We need to see your qualification so that we can ascertain which tests you are qualified to use. We are authorised distributors for Saville Consulting, the Identity Self-Perception Questionnaire and the Apollo Profile.  We also offer training in psychometric assessment.
